Drivers must operate within strict legal and time constraints. Therefore, they will drop you off at convenient stops, depending on traffic conditions. Our drivers will do their utmost to drop you off at your hotel or as close as possible, unless you have chosen a different final destination. The drivers will be happy to assist and advise you.

**Travel Insurance** We recommend that all passengers are adequately insured before traveling abroad. This is usually a requirement for most tour operators, who reserve the right to refuse travel if proof of insurance cannot be provided.

**Special Requirements** At the time of booking, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any special requests, such as a child seat or wheelchair requirements for transfers.
